If you’re a Victorian club, thank you for supporting professional Rugby Union in Victoria.
We hope Conversions for Clubs provides you with a unique way to generate funds for your club and get
behind the RaboDirect Rebels at the same time.
We know you’re busy so we’re making the Conversions for Clubs program as simple as we can for you.
Below is a simple outline of the entire promotion… but you can start RIGHT NOW!
What do I do next?
Please use the tools we have provided to promote Conversions for Clubs to your members. We’ve provided as much
as we can for you online in the Download Centre tab and we’re sure that you will have lots of ideas!
Here are a few of our ideas to help your Rugby Club:
- Send emails (we have provided an email template) to your database
- Put a logo and a tile on your website
- Put a link on your website to conversionsforclubs.com.au
- Include information in your newsletter
- Promote it at gala days, club events, etc please contact Luke Boland, Community Liason Officer at luke.boland@melbournerebels.com.au to help you with this if need be.
- Put posters up around the club and anywhere else your supporters gather!
- Encourage your supporters and their contacts to get on board and select your Rugby Club when they join!

What about 2012 RaboDirect Rebels Members who have already joined?
No problem. They will still be included in the tally.
If they didn’t select their Rugby Club when they joined for 2012 they simply call the Membership team on
1300 069 413 to have their club added to their name.
